Estella - Practicing My Hair Designs

Design 1:
This design wasn't too difficult to create and I think that it looks quite effective.  I like the way that the curls fall at the back of the head and I think that they give off the correct idea of innocent that I want to be shown.  The victory rolls were fairly easy to make, like sideways French pleats on top of the head, and I feel that they look good and are effective in the sense of making her seem heartless as well as innocent.  I like the way that they sit high on the head, making her appear quite over powering and important.  Overall, I think that this design is effective and creates the idea that I want to portray.

Design 2:
I really like this design and I think it is quite an effective hairstyle design.  The highness of the front roll is good and it makes her appear more important, like the character thinks she is.  I also like the way that the French plait is raised, and I think that this and the curls add to the innocent effect that I want to portray.  Overall, I am happy with this design and I feel that it works well.  However, it will be much better with the rolls at the sides of the head as well, as this will create more of a crown like shape around the head.

Design 3:
I found this design simple to create, however I don't think that it creates the right effect that I want for Estella.  I feel that this design is too innocent with not enough heartlessness shown through the features.    Therefore, this design will not be my chosen one for Estella.
