Estella - Practicing My Make-Up Designs

Design 1:
I like the simplicity of this design, however I feel that the colours used on the cheeks and lips is too bright and harsh for the time period that this look is supposed to be from.  Also, I think that the red lips will make Estella seem older than I want her to come across, though they do work in the sense that I want her to be portrayed as heartless.

Design 2:
This design is also very simple and I prefer the colours that have been used on the cheeks and lips.  I think that this design is more truthful to the time period, as it really looks like there is not a lot of make-up on the face.  My only problem with this look is that it could portray too much of the innocent side of Estella that I want to create.

Design 3:
I think that this make-up design is perfect for my Estella character.  The look is simplistic and correct for the time period.  The blush on the cheeks is quite a light pink, giving the side of the innocence I want to portray, whereas the lip colour isn't too bright but it's slightly darker which adds to the idea of heartlessness.
