The Hair Studio: FINGER WAVES

Equipment needed:
-       Water spray
-       Silver sectioning clips
-       Combs
-       Hairdryer
-       Netting

How to CREATE FINGER WAVES:
-       Begin by spraying the hair with water spray so that it’s damp - this makes the hair easier to get the hair into the correct position
-       To get a really defined wave, comb the hair back and place your finger to stop the hair from moving
-       Continue to comb the hair forward around your fingers
-       Place the sectioning clips where your fingers were to keep the hair in place
-       Once all waves are in place, dry the hair using a hairdryer and netting, so that the waves stay in place
-       When the hair is dry remove the netting and clips for the end result
-       Finger waves can appear harsh so to give them a softer look, brush them out slightly

EVALUATION: I found creating finger waves difficult and I struggled a lot with it.  They look simple and the method seems easy, however I struggled to work the hair around my fingers and keep the hair in place.
